We are honored to have Monika as an integral part of the ALTIVORA team. Movement has been the essence of her life since early childhood, shaping a philosophy where body, mind, and strategy converge. Monika is a certified Yoga Therapy instructor, a fitness and bodybuilding coach, a graduate of the SM System course, and an experienced group exercise leader, specializing in aerobic, Tae-Bo, and body-forming classes. Her passion for dance — from belly dance to salsa and bachata — as well as her dedication to multiple sports disciplines, reflects a holistic mastery of movement.
Monika’s approach transcends traditional training. Each session she leads is meticulously designed to awaken physical strength, sharpen mental clarity, and cultivate strategic thinking, ensuring every participant experiences profound personal growth. She integrates discipline, fluidity, and mindfulness, transforming movement into a pathway for transformation.
In addition to her expertise in movement, Monika is actively engaged in experiential painting, a guided and intuitive creative process that she personally practices. This approach supports mental release, emotional balance, and inner awareness, integrating elements of art therapy, mindfulness, and self-expression. Her sessions focus on intuitive mark-making, mandala creation, and free-form expression, allowing participants to explore their inner landscapes while fostering creativity, presence, and psychological integration. Her personal artistic practice adds an extra layer of authenticity, self-discovery, and inner harmony to every retreat experience.
At ALTIVORA, Monika empowers guests to take command of their bodies, master their minds, and explore creative and strategic expression. Her guidance goes beyond instruction — it is a carefully curated journey where energy, focus, and freedom of movement and expression intersect, leaving a lasting impression of refinement, resilience, and elevated perspective.
